Thank you for your interest in American Building Management Inc.

ABMI was founded and incorporated June 3, 2005 at the urging of numerous clients, family and friends. Founders Mike Pitts and David Erb combine 40 and 24 years respectively and bring together a host of construction knowledge. This knowledge and experience ranges from initial vision and site work at the state level to turn-key construction in the special construction industry.

Having been journeymen and apprentices ourselves, we have first hand knowledge of today’s construction practices and procedures that are needed to obtain the quality and production you and your committees expect and deserve. As ABMI officers, we have more than 20 years experience in construction management. During this period, we realized that most construction management companies focused on profit and worldly rewards – not giving the client their vision. The need for ABMI was evident.

At the core of what we believe is fairness and honesty. We, as a company, conduct ourselves with integrity and demand the same from our contractors. We will work together as a TEAM – ABMI, your church/company and the contractors – to complete your vision. Our goal is to manage and lead contractors back to the fairness and honesty of people helping people.
