opportunity to introduce
ourselves. American
Building Management,
Inc. was founded and
incorporated on June 3rd
2005. The founders,
David Erb and Mike Pitts
having been in
construction 28 and 44
years respectively.
Together, we bring a
host of construction
knowledge and
experience, which gives
us a keen insight to
fulfilling your vision.
Having been laymen, and
apprentices ourselves,
we know the proper
construction practices
and procedures needed to
obtain the quality and
production you and your
committees expect. As
American Building
Management, Inc.
officers, we have more
than 20 years experience
in construction
management, and we
specialize in the
construction of churches
all across our nation.
It was during this
period we realized that
most construction
management organizations
were more concerned with
profit and worldly
rewards.
We believe Christ should
be first, and as a
result, we as a company
conduct ourselves with
integrity. Because of
our beliefs and
leadership, we demand
the same from our
contractors. The TEAM,
which consists of the
Client, American
Building Management,
Inc. and the contractors
work together to
complete the church’s
vision. Building to the
glory of God deserves a
family of like-minded
people. We understand
special construction
requires special
management. It is
enjoyable for us; it
should be enjoyable for
you. We would love to
